Potassium levels and fainting

Hi, I have been on mounjaro since April last year, have had great success and lost nearly 7 stone, in a healthy BMI and going to the gym 5 days a week with peloton classes as well mean I have got my body fat down to 20% (according to in body machine). I have weaned back down to the lowest dose (2.5mg) but would still like to lose another 1.5 stone if possible.

My last 3 blood test have come back with high potassium levels, and then I have been having funny turns where I feel faint or twitch. A couple of days ago I collapsed and lost consciousness and was twitching a lot Apparantly. The twitching carried on for most of the day.

Does anyone know if this could be caused by mounjaro? I have been researching but can’t find anything about these type of side effects. I do have a doctors appointment Monday afternoon.
