Thoughts on Ryan Humiston?
There’s just something peculiar about him that I can’t get over… ah yes, he’s a soyence lifter who lies about his dosages… but anyhow, what do you guys think about his exercise selection? No comment on the volume, the volume is what you’d expect from someone on a gram of shit… But on Monday I tried his shoulder workout and I can’t tell if I’m getting my first lactic acid build up in 3 years of training or if I fucked my shit up because he said shit form = more gains.
