What happens when all public services are cut?

DOGE is trying to cut government spending. Now we are seeing bills in the state house to cut out income taxes. If the Feds cut off funding, and so does the state, what happens next? Schools would fail, our healthcare system would collapse, who pays for roads? Even our touted farm economy is dependent on federal assistance. We are a poor state , we are NOT self sufficient as a state.
