Cannnot launch Outlook web after domain update
I have just assited a friend from moving over from a Rackspace IMAP account over to a Microsoft 365 Business account. I have successfully migrated the e-mail over from Rackspace using the migration wizard in M365. Once I determined that the e-mails were all avaialble, I went ahead and did the domain work. She uses Godady for her domain registar. I used the Microsoft wizard in M365 to update Godaddy point to her M365 tenant. I then updated the two e-mail accounts in her M365 tenant from the onmicrosoft.com over to her domain name. The tenant shows that all the domain settings are healthy, however after updating the two accounts to the domain name, I can't seem to launch Outlook web. I can log into the portal using either account, but when I launch Outlook via the M365 portal, I get prompted to select the account, I use the same licensed account that I use to log into the portal, but Outlook doesn't open. I keep bouncing back to select an account to log into Outlook. I can't get past this
Any ideas?
