Beginner
Starting this diet under recommendations from my doctor for weight loss and hormonal issues... I understand that my best bet would be to follow this strictly 7 days a week but do any of you allow for so called "cheat days"...I like to have fun sometimes...😊...and were you still successful?
Also...any tips on how to Amp up this diet would be wonderful. I am a strong cook, know ingredients well and already basically shopped for the next two weeks. I'm not bothered by limits on meat options as I love chicken and seafood but will miss the occasional steak, burger or slice of bacon...and beer...I love beer.
