choanal atresia follow up?

Hello,

I had an experimental mitomycin c stent placed in my right nostril in 2001 (age 4) at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital. Sometimes large chunks of bloody flesh come out of my nose or throat, even when I'm not sick. Should I see an ENT? I have not seen one since I was roughly 12 years old.
