Why do people still think the fsb is involved with the crocus hall massacre despite evidence stating otherwise?

The amount of stupid conspiracy theory’s that surround this is awful, people seem to be taking anything they read at face value. I know Russia has a shady history, but is it really plausible at all that russia did this at all? I don’t think so.
