How to counter the Thor/Cap America duo tank?

I just got to Diamond, idk if it's like a Diamond meta but my team and I have been facing this Thor/ Cap duo tank, and it's the first time we see a composition like that. They create a lot of chaos and as Wolverine myself, it's really hard to finish them, I can catch them but they end up escaping, they stick together the whole game. What is the best counter against this duo? What heroes and composition?
