đhold, my entire 2025 season of finished syrup!! I made a grand total of 4.864 gallons, making this the 2nd most productive season yet!!

Last pic is phase 2 of batch 5, which I'm keeping for personal consumption. The rest I shall sell, except for the 4 gold cap bottles & 3 small bottles, which are for property owners who lent me their trees to tap.
RIP to the roughly 5 cups of potential syrup I burned last month. I should have set a timer & not discussed politics.
