Rental cars for 19 year olds?

My daily car has recently been taken for a service and a gearbox change and is expected to take around a week to be finished.

Are there are companies or small businesses willing to lease cars to 19 year olds? — I really don’t mind what they lease, be it an old car or an extremely small car (l-aqwa li ninqeda)

It was an extreme pain looking for a company willing to lease out such cars but with the amount of travelling I do on a daily basis, such as going to Uni, appointments, and training for my sport, it would be too expensive to catch taxis all the time (I think) - yet I found none at all.

Additionally, public transport is not an option since all the different locations are so far from each other, and it would likely take me triple the time to get from one place to the next.

Can anyone help?
