Maltapost has disappointed me yet again.......

I'm not sure if this deserves to be here or "are you being served" on Facebook

And I am the only one experiencing the delivery guy at Maltapost not bothering to ring the doorbell? I tested it this morning several times to ensure I checked the letter box beforehand just to find out I got a notice saying I wasn't home in my street. I don't seem to be the only one, but I have a disability, and it isn't easy just going to the post office, especially as a student. I don't mean to spread hate or anything; I'm just frankly disappointed with the service itself.

and I wanted to share my experience and ask who else has had this, and what did you do?
