Lost my motivation can’t find it again

Hi guys,

I am on a weight loss journey I want to drop 2 dress sizes.

Since January I have been in a consistent calorie deficit, calorie counting and I got back into weightlifting and HIIT training. I was doing 4 workouts every week without fail. 2 cardio and 2 strength.

I had lost a dress size and some of my clothes were starting to feel loose, the numbers on the scale were dropping slowly but surely. My stomach fat had reduced and I was getting stronger and my wait was looking far more snatched.

Then a couple of weeks ago I got sick and was super exhausted not the kind of tired that you should push through to workout but the kind of tired that means it’s safer to skip it.

I ended up dramatically reducing my exercise that week. Then my diet declined I stopped counting calories and started snacking again.

Then after that I just had a couple of rough weeks in general which again affected my diet and exercise.

I have upped my exercise again but I am really struggling to get back on track with diet and exercise as much as I used too.

I’m really nervous I have just totally messed it all up and I don’t know how to find my motivation to get back on it again properly.
