Weight Plateaued for 1 month
Hi all,
I started my weight loss journey in November last year and i lost 4kg in 3 months. I'm 32, 178cm and now weight 80kg. For the last month I have not been able to get below 80kg.
I exercise 3-4 days a week, I eat 1600-1700 calories a day with a focus on protein. My steps average 8k-10k a day and (according to my Fitbit) I'm eating 700-1000 calories less than what I burn. I use MyFitnessPal for logging meals and weigh/track everything.
I'm really at a loss (pun intended) for how to break through this rut because all the videos I see on tiktok etc and research I've done say I'm doing the right things.
Any help or advice or even shared experiences would be great!
