Not just weight, A better lifestyle all together.

Hello Everyone, I am currently 14 Years of age and as of now weigh close to 216lbs. I play Tennis and I've ran for a Cross Country team but personally I continue with bad eating habits. I don't want to spit out a sob or "poor me" story. I'm to blame. With that I'm wanting to improve my own fitness and lifestyle to both have a better future and so that I can genuinely enjoy my life. I know progress isn't a straight pathway to an end , it's a journey with various different struggles, triumphs, and even failures. But I've come to a point where I want to change, I though still feel close to addicted to sweet treats and similar but I want to try to make a change. IF there's anything one could recommend to help, whether long term or short it will be so greatly appreciated.
