Inverted Triangle Weightloss
So I’m trying to lose weight. When I was in my teens, I thought I have an hourglass shape. When I gained weight I realized that I am an inverted triangle. I don’t have big hips and not gaining fat on my butt. I mostly gain weight on my arms and stomach area.
To people with inverted triangle body who is losing/lost weight. Could you share some tips on how to lose weight and how to properly gain muscle to give hips some definition and get lean muscle on the arms?
