Living in London as a family

I’m a born and bred Londoner who moved out to Herts during Covid times with my then girlfriend now wife, as most of the family have drifted over the years.

Mindful of ever growing travel costs and a need to commute for the foreseeable future, we are thinking about moving back, probably south of the river between E&C and Clapham way.

For families in London, how do you find day to day life? Is space an issue? Are there safety concerns? Do you wish the kids saw more green? Fairly broad question and no wrong or right answer, would just love to hear some people’s experiences.
