When are you going to Lolla?

For people who have attended Lolla before, the gates open at 2pm so at what time will you be reaching the venue? Since I'm going specifically for Louis(he'll be performing at around 8pm) what time will you suggest that I should be there so that I'm able to go through the festival stalls and all as well as stand closer to the barricades?
