[online][5e]Lost Mine of Phandelver + Homebrew Campaign | Fridays 9 PM GMT+3
Hello adventurers! I’m looking to assemble a party for a campaign that will start with Lost Mine of Phandelver and evolve into a custom, homebrew adventure tailored to your characters and choices. If you’re ready to embark on a journey filled with mystery, exploration, and roleplay, read on!
Campaign Overview
We’ll begin with the Lost Mine of Phandelver, a classic D&D module set in the small, rugged town of Phandalin. You’ll start with a straightforward escort mission that quickly escalates as you uncover dark secrets and encounter both friends and foes. This module is a great introduction to the story and helps build a strong foundation for our party.
After completing Lost Mine of Phandelver, the campaign will transition into a custom, homebrew phase based on your characters' actions, choices, and backstories. This second part will be more open-ended, allowing for personal quests, world-shaping choices, and a variety of challenges that respond to your group’s unique playstyle.
Expect a mix of:
- Combat: Engage with monsters, bandits, and more formidable foes as the stakes grow.
- Exploration: Travel through ancient ruins, uncharted lands, and strange environments.
- Roleplay: Interact with a diverse cast of NPCs, form alliances, and make choices that affect the world.
Game Details
- Platform: We’ll use Roll20 for maps and gameplay, and Discord for voice chat. A stable internet connection and decent mic are all you need.
- Time: Fridays at 9 PM GMT+3. Sessions will typically last 3–4 hours.
- Campaign Length: This is intended to be a long-term campaign. If you’re looking for a story to commit to, with ample room for character development and lasting impacts, this is the game for you.
- System: We’ll be using the 2014 5th Edition D&D rules. Core rulebooks are allowed, and we can discuss any additional materials during Session Zero.
- Player Experience: All experience levels are welcome! Whether you’re brand new to D&D or have been rolling dice for years, I’m excited to have you. I’ll provide help with rules as needed, so don’t worry if you’re still learning.
Player Expectations
I’m looking for players who:
- Commitment: Can commit to a long-running campaign. Lost Mine of Phandelver is just the beginning—after that, the story will open up and evolve based on your choices.
- Consistency: Are reliable and able to attend on Fridays. Life happens, but please let me know in advance if you can’t make it.
- Collaboration: Enjoy roleplaying and are excited to contribute to a shared story. I encourage collaborative character backstories and will incorporate your ideas into the world as we transition into the homebrew portion.
If this catches your interest you can apply via this google form, if you are selected i will give you a short interview where we will go over the basics and go over some topics to get an understanding on how you would fit in the group.
