I need lease HELP!!

Several months ago my boyfriend & I decided to move to Arizona with his brother. We started off in a 2 bedroom apartment that was fine, when the lease came to end we mutually agreed to move into his girlfriend house (she already leases) & just add our names to the lease agreement. We did the first 6 months were fine. In January we signed a 2 year lease with all 4 of us. The situation has gone sour & we need to leave suddenly. My question is 1) what should I do from here? I’d like to remove ourselves from the lease agreement, our income had no bearing on the approval since they make 3x he does combined. They aren’t exactly taking care of the house & I fear we may be penalized whenever they do move out. Please let me know what to do from here. I tried reading the lease agreement but we live in a “corporate” leased home with thousands of homes over the us. In other words the agreement is not clarifying enough.
