Car Accident years ago, case has not settled and Attorney does not respond.

Just how it reads, I had a TBI after getting rear ended, I had got representation with an attorney after the company offered me $2500.00 to settle. I have tried to contact my attorney a few times with no response. It pretty much took me asking for copies of my paperwork so I can get other legal representation, and he finally responded. I literally have texts years in between when he became unresponsive.

Here are my questions- Can I get another attorney? Or Can I contact the company and try to settle?
