Why does the Lebanese support the terrorist Jolani even though he killed our army members?

I was really happy when General Joseph Aoun was elected as president but after seeing him shaking hands with the terrorist Jolani I don't know what to say.

It's neither a secret nor a conspiracy that Jolani was affiliated with ISIS, Qaeda.. These groups beheaded our army personnels when the General was the commander of the army. I won't share pictures but try to imagine our soldier crying just as he was about to get beheaded.

I would have never imagined that Lebanese Christians would ever support him.

So I hope we have a civil discussion on why Lebanese support him?
