second time posting about choosing a major

lost. I’m thinking about studying MIS in university or continuing Hospitality Management (which I’m currently studying in technical college and doing well in).

The problem is, I only care about money. I fell in love with hospitality because of my teachers, but I also love MIS because it’s a mix of business and computer science. I’m still young (not even 18), but I’m scared that I won’t make enough money and will regret my choice.

I don’t like the idea of being an employee forever. I understand I need to gain experience first, but my goal is to make money and be independent.

My Plan After Graduation • Hospitality Management Path: 1. Continue TS Higher Education in hospitality (only 2-3 hours of school per day). 2. Work while studying to gain experience. 3. Get a hospitality degree at university. 4. Apply abroad for better-paying jobs. • MIS Path: 1. Apply to university for an MIS degree. 2. Gain experience through any tech-related job. 3. Get really good at it. 4. Find high-paying opportunities.

I’m afraid of choosing the wrong major and regretting it. Any advice?
