Average age of a latebloomer?

Let me preface this with, I am an author, and I am branching into writing Bi/Lesbian/wlw novels. I have one WIP, with at least 2 more plotbunnies hopping around. While I know it's fiction, I like to have a moderate degree of authenticity in my works.

What is the average age of a latebloomer lesbian? What is the age bracket of lateblooming?

I personally wouldn't say a college-aged woman is a latebloomer, as college is when you are really figuring yourself out.
On the flip side, I don't want to say a 38-year-old woman ISN'T a latebloomer, if she would be considered one.
