Brand New Rog Strix Blue Screen

Just purchased a rog strix on sale on prime day and took it out of the box and first initial boot is a blue screen with stop code: Internal_Power_Error. And then it hangs and never restarts like it says it will. Amazon won't replace the product and just keep referring me to asus support since I'm under 1 year warranty. When I speak to asus they say I can RMA and get it repaired but I'll have to pay for shipping materials + a service fee and it will take 10-15 business days to fix. Doesn't matter that I have 1 year warranty I'd still have to pay. Is this a major problem? Is there anything I can do to fix this on my own? Both company's are screwing me around.
