Question about Animal Rescue Project on Peekstock

I saw there’s a job listing to work here on indeed but it’s rated only 2.3 stars, so I was wondering if anyone knows what the work environment/management is like? (Feel free to also just share about working as an animal caretaker in general if you want, I’ve never worked a job like that before so I’m curious)
