Small Change in COTW beta build

After watching some footage from the exhibition and some videos of the open beta build the announcer no longer speaks on every single thing in a match.

he still calls out the SPG but doesnt call out things like just defend, cross ups, reversal.

solid change there was a lot of comments on the frequency of him talking!
