Stretchy casting off tutorials?

Hello everyone! I started knitting and the beginning of this year, so I'm still pretty much a novice to the craft. I've been struggling with following stretchy/less stiff casting off tutorials since I'm left handed and have to flip everything horizontally to get what the tutorial is doing. Any lefty tutorial recommendations? Thanks :)
