Miracle! Didn't get the original job but hiring manager contacted me again 1 week after rejecting me. Just signed my offer letter for a new role

My interview went so well and hiring manager seemed to love - he even said it. But then they went ahead with a more experienced candidate and I was devastated. Then a week later he contacted me again saying that he is creating a new role just for me!!!!

This new role is a bit junior but still pretty close to the original. He said it will suit my strengths and he is right.

I just signed the offer!

I am feeling super nervous going to this big company but I feel that it was meant to be. These things normally don't happen.
