Should i report this?

I (23F) am working as a nurse. Lately one of the surgens has been rather annoyeing. He keeps on making 'jokes' about me beging with him and i dont find them funny. Last week was the worst he started trying to get me and him alone somewere and i had told him to stop. He started to call me names and racial slurs and i ended up crying. I did finish my shift though. Today i called in sick. I dont really want to see him. I told my friends and they said i shoude report him but i dont know yet
