Gotan Drip Coffee

Looking for opinions here: is there a nice way to tell a coffee shop their drip coffee is terrible?

I love Gotan and always get an iced mocha and it’s incredible; no notes.

My bf just gets drip coffee and always says it’s bitter or burnt and i thought he was being picky, but this morning i tried some of his and omg was it awful!

I genuinely want to tell them, so they can fix it because I imagine they’re losing business on people who come for the first time and order a drip and never return. I think they honestly just might not drink their own drip and regularly have handmade drinks instead, so they may just honestly have no idea.

Any thoughts? Or does anyone like their drip and we’re just crazy?
