ESPP VS Pension contributions

Hi all,

After following the workflow thats pinned I'm towards the end of it where I'm mulling between two options & I'm looking for a bit of a sanity check.

I currently pay 6% into my pension & my employer pays 8%. I'm currently paying 10% into my ESPP. ESPP offers 15% discount when purchasing shares (Twice a year). I have not been selling these or diversifying.

I'm wondering should I stop purchasing ESPP and move that 10% over to my pension contribution?

I feel its better bang for my buck.

Any thoughts of pro's or cons of pension vs ESPP
