iPhone 4s catch 22 problem
I am unable to factory reset my iPhone because of a catch 22 problem.
My iPhone 4s Apple ID is under a deactivated email address. As I cannot remember the password, I am unable to sign out of the Apple ID as it demands password to turn off “Find my”.
Password reset does not work, Apple states email is invalid, though on the phone the ID email is exactly the same!
What do I do!
