Tips how to progress

Playing for almost 2 weeks and I'm kinda stuck since im unlucky lately on hero recruitment both in hero appearance (Omniman specifically) and throws. I'm a F2P player. I just plan to save them cards so I can recruit all hero in shop at once if ever omniman appears again lol

But maybe im missing something, so tips would be appreciated!
