Best Non-Scale victories?
Hey all. Have dabbled with IF before and did well, but after a very stressful few years I know I am near my heaviest having had a baby. I also had Gestational diabetes and am high risk for Type 2 as it runs in my family, so I'm determined to get weight back to a healthy place. Starting out with a window of 3pm-8pm so I will see how I go.
I'm not keen on scales and numbers, so tell me, what have been your best NSVs? What can I look out for for progress instead of weights and measures?
