M23 156kg 5’9 Starting Gym This Monday – Need Advice for Fat Loss!

I’m starting my fat loss journey from this Monday, and I need your advice! I’ve attached a before pic and a current pic showing my weight so you can see where I’m at.

About Me: • I’m completely new to the gym • My main goal is fat loss while keeping as much muscle as possible • I currently weigh 156kg
