Furnace Advise

I bought a home built in 2021. Our furnace tends to restart only when it good -30 and on.

What's causing this? Do I need to get furnace people on this? Should I also be keeping my fan on 24/7?

We've changed our filter like every 2 weeks. It's blowing air, it just seems like it can't take the heat it is releasing.
