What are these?

Sorry they just sprouted up so I’m sure it’s hard to tell (and I’m sure my photography skills are lacking).

I ordered from an amazon seller, they were supposed to be thanksgiving cactus, but the pack they came in said dragon cactus and they came out looking like this lol. They were cheap so I’m surprised whatever they are sprouted to be frank. Just curious at this point.
