Is there a difference if I PRI-ARM a synergized weapon or a non synergized weapon?

I want to ARM the weapon for the new Kiana battlesuit, but I don't know if I should keep pulling for two more to synergize it beforehand. Am I losing out on extra upgrades if I don't synergize it before PRI-ARM?
