Laptop good enough for VR? (DCS)

I just got a new oculus quest 3 in the mail in the hopes of playing DCS but I’ve heard about how much of a performance hog it is and I only have a gaming laptop with a 3060 and 32 gb of ram. I was wondering if this would be an enjoyable experience? I fly FC3 and the F-4 on lowing graphics and it runs great on GS server but I’m worried I’d need to buy a new pc right as I try it out due to fps stutters and bad graphics. The only reason I’m really opposed to upgrading to a sweet 3090 actual PC I saw is that well first it’s quite a bit of money, but mainly that the only game that I play that requires this performance is DCS vr and maybe Ark 2 when it comes out.

I want the fps and graphics to be stable and good enough as not to induce headaches.
