how do you guys cope with your sexual/romantical needs..

I mean this question came up on my mind while I was reading.. something. Since most of us are hikikomoris and neets, how do you cope with it knowing most of OUR advances will fail or end up with nothing? I don't think we can just endlessly scroll through dating apps or meet people. So now what? do we just.. do solo stuff or just die or just i don't know??
