Confused over pricing of compounded tirzepatide

I’m seeing $297 per month all over recent posts; I go to the website and it says $449 per month. Some folks say they get 3 months’ worth of meds; others only 1 month. Some people are talking about tirzepatide dosage in units vs. milligrams… I’m waiting for my online appointment, but I’m trying to figure this out now. What’s the actual price comparison with manufacturer, in terms of milligrams??? I’d much rather have vials than those insanely wasteful pens.
