Why was Helluva S2E8 called Full Moon when there were no bare ass cheeks in the whole ep?

I thought Blitz was taking the whole crew on a mass mooning spree all throughout the Rings of Hell. Now I feel like I've been sold a false bill of goods...I mean...Is Viv trying to get her patooty sued for false advertising?!
