[USA-NJ][H] Local Cash, PayPal G&S [W] Used Nvidia GPU (RTX 3090 Ti, 4090, 3090, 4080 Super/Ti) or Pre-Built PC

I'm looking for a high-VRAM GPU (preferably 24GB) to support AI/LLM workloads and gaming. Specifically, I'm interested in GPUs like the RTX 3090 Ti, RTX 3090 (both 24GB), or the RTX 4090 (24GB). I might also consider the RTX 4080 Super or 4080 Ti (16GB) if the price is right. In addition to standalone GPUs, I’m open to pre-built systems built around these cards.

For payment, I strongly prefer local cash transactions in the South Jersey area. If shipping is required, I’m willing to use PayPal Goods & Services, but the seller must provide an invoice.

I’m a recent grad building a workstation for AI projects and gaming, and I’ve noticed that even used GPUs are going for well above MSRP. I’m hoping to find a better deal here, so if you have something available, please pm.
