What are the best ways to help build my frame with pectus and ribflare

I spent the first 4 months of my gym routine building up my muscle to hide my chest. While I don’t think it’s perfect it definitely has improved. As I get to a lower bf% I still see no signs of abs and am worried due to my ribflare they will never come in. The goal is to cut a bit then main and gain for most of the summer. What Bf% do you think I am now
