When does it stop!?

2 great pyr puppies. 5 months old. Both pee and poop indiscriminately through the house. After a 40 minute walk, they come in, and pee. Once every 10-20 minutes, I take them out, they pee, come in, 10 minutes later, they pee on the floor. When does the madness end? I watch them like a freaking hawk constantly. When I bend down to pet one, the other shimmies away and pees. 🤯. I’ve had puppies and dogs, but this is obscene. Is it a breed thing? Any advice?
