Wanted to share my egg white and oat fiber “wrap”
I am aware it’s not really like a wrap😅 but it’s really good and filling, for a total of 86kcal. I ate it with some turkey slices, you can also add psyllium husk but I ran out of it.
It’s probably not the best thing you’ll ever eat, but it’s low cal, tastes great and it’s a low effort recipe.
