FPS and physyics bypass in 2.2

So I beat bloodbath as my new hardest just today after returning to the game in 2.2. But I wonder since the physics changed in 2.2, is 240 FPS and physics bypass considered cheating? I'm on 60hz and used 240 FPS bypass and physics bypass.
