Smoking Weed Post-Op

Hi guys! I am 24(f) and just got the sleeve done on 7/8/24. I am currently on my liquid diet and soon to be on a more puree diet this coming Monday. I was a very frequent smoker pre-op, smoking almost every day, usually to relax or help with my insomnia. I am SUFFERINGG I can barely get any sleep during the night as much as I try to just lay there and relax and it’s been so hard to get some decent rest. If you smoke how long after surgery did you start again? Or is there any tips or advice on how long I should wait before smoking again or something to help me sleep. Would be so dearly appreciated:,) Thanks!
