Games like the BioShock trilogy and Prey (2017)?

I love atmospheric, narrative-driven FPS games, where the story and characters are just as engaging as the gunplay. Even better if the game is a little creepy. Any recommendations?

(And while it doesn't perfectly fit into these parameters, I thought Portal 2's story and gameplay were fantastic).
