Frontier Barclay Master Card - Account not eligible for 100k promotion

Opened a Frontier credit card in early Jan, and was trying to check the eligibility at this link https://card.loyaltystatus.com/frontier/ .When I entered my Frontier Member # it says my account is not yet eligible. Reached out to Customer support of Barclay and they dont see the Frontier member# on my account and asked me to wait for 30 days since account opening and asked me to reach out to Frontier Support. On reaching Frontier Support I was told the same thing to wait for 30 days.
